Egglife Egg White wraps are a good thing to have on hand. I buy a case at a time to save money as they freeze well. You can cut these things into strips to make noodles which is what I do. My 91 year old mom loves pasta, so I do this for her and she says it tastes like fettuccini. Wonderful!
They hold up really well in sauces or soups. I have a few different ways they can be used from wraps, to panini, hot dog “Buns”… I like them as breakfast burritos. Think of enchiladas and lasagna. You can fill it with sweetened cream cheese and berries. . . , or better yet put some cottage cheese and flavored whey in your food processor to create a creamy mixture then you’ve increased the protein even more.
