Hi everyone.  My name is Linda. I have a Master’s degree in nutrition and wellness, but I got most of my education from the school of hard knocks. Can you relate?

Personally I wish I would have started my blog when I first started on my wellness journey as I have learned so much as my life transformed. I went from a marathoning, gym rat, corporate accountant in designer high heels, to a fatigued, sedentary, lost person with chronic migraines. I went from having muscle to being flabby and barely able to move.

Doctors were not helpful, and once it dawned on me  that their drugs were making me sicker, I realized I had to get well on my own. It took a lot of trial and error, a ton of research. . .all while battling migraines without medications. And guess what? I got well. It took me 2 years of focused work to get out of migraine hell. It took a few more years to get fit again.

My focus since I got well has been to help other people the same way I was helped in online groups, and though podcasts. There are many other people out there who understand the power of food and lifestyle medicine, and I’m so grateful I am now one of them.

I truly believe everyone has the ability to get better. Let’s talk.
