Your Mind is Your Medicine Cabinet

heart, woman, sunset

Let me be real with you: my body has felt… off. Sleep’s been rough, cravings are weird, and I’m not yet cleared to dive into most of the supplements I’d normally lean on and that is hard for a biohacker like me. I have tricks and hacks, and protocols that I know work. BUT I’m in a whole new field right now with new rules. I gotta wait for this new doc and I pray he and I are partners who can talk openly. I fired doctors back when I had migraines as everything they were doing made me sicker. So I’ve been a lone wolf for a while, but having this genetic condition rear up on me 2 weeks ago means doctors are now part of my life and juggling that with my norm is an adjustment. I’m limited to what I can do in one way.

  • I can see myself healing.
  • I can Visualize myself – completely whole, healed, STRONG
  • I can choose hope and all the good feels when everything else feels fuzzy.
  • I can rest or walk or call a friend
  • Last but not least, I can pray

Our Brains Believes What We Tell Them

hand, write, ballpoint pen, paper, thank you, letter, letters, thank you very much, pen, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you

When we imagine something vividly, our brain doesn’t always distinguish between what’s real and what’s visualized. This is amazing news for anyone on a healing journey, or really any type of journey.

See it, and believe it, and say THANK YOU for it even though it hasn’t arrived yet.

Right now, I’m seeing:

  • My mitochondria efficient, energized and strong.
  • My heart steady, strong and unshakeable.
  • My body running on the beach at 95 years old and loving every single step.
  • My spirit radiant, laughing, vibrant.

This isn’t denial. It is direction. Visualization gives our cells a blueprint to follow. It tells the body: “Here’s where we’re going. Let’s align.”

When You Can’t Do Much Physically… You Still Have Power

If you’ve been feeling stuck, tired, scattered, or like you’re not doing enough, let me gently remind you: you don’t have to hustle to heal.

You can:

  • Pray. Even if you don’t believe, prayer works.
  • Lie down with a hand on your heart and breathe in love.
  • Picture your healthiest, happiest future self and let her speak to you. As Dr Rimka says, let her PULL you towards your future. This is not something you can force.
  • Choose gratitude for what you can do today.

I’m learning from the best right now—Dr. Stephanie Rimka’s Visualization Masterclass is fire. It’s called V-Bomb. She teaches how to rewire your subconscious, speak the language of your body, and shift your emotional frequency using focused visualization. I know that sounds Woo Woo but it isn’t. It is the same as Babe Ruth’s “Called Shot” . . . here’s a recap:

During Game 3 of the 1932 World Series (Yankees vs. Cubs), Babe Ruth pointed to center field while standing at the plate. He was signaling to the crowd that he was about to hit a home run exactly there, and then, boom, he did. It’s one of the greatest “hold my protein shake” moments in sports history.

Dr Rimka teaches in this course how to have your own Called Shot moments.

I trust her.

I use her wisdom and expertise. And yep, I get an affiliate payment if you buy this course through my link, which helps me keep sharing this work. It costs $111 but you get to keep it forever and do it over as you need to. Currently, I needed to.

Thank you for reading this and for supporting my work.

Here is my affiliate link if you would like to do the V-Bomb Masterclass.

OUR Call to Action just for today

Take 5 minutes today. Close your eyes.
Picture your healthiest self. Actually see it like you’re watching a movie. Spend a few minutes doing that.

Then open your eyes, and take one action future healthy vibrant YOU would take today even if it’s just drinking water with intention or going to bed 10 minutes earlier.

Final Words:

Visualization is free. It’s powerful. And it’s always available, even when everything else feels out of your hands which is how life is for me right now sort of.

We’re not just healing—we’re reimagining what’s possible.

We are brain-scripting our future.

We are programming our nervous systems with healthy healing truths.

Let’s live well on purpose.

Remember, everyone has the ability to get better.

Linda
